NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A LOCAL PLANNING POLICY
Shire of Harvey District Planning Scheme No. 1
At its Ordinary Meeting on 26 April 2022 Council has resolved (Resolution 22/040) to adopt the following minor amendments to local planning policies pursuant to Part 2, Division 2, clause 5 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, and is required to publish a Notice of the policies within the Scheme Area. The following Local Planning Policies takes effect as of this day the 26 May, 2022:
4.1.1 Town Planning Scheme No. 3
4.1.3 Bank Guarantees and Bonds
4.1.5 Variation to R Codes – Primary Street Setback for Grouped Dwellings in Existing Areas
4.1.9 Wind Turbines in Rural Areas
4.1.12 Development Guidelines – South Australind
4.1.13 Heritage Protected Places
4.1.14 Medium Density Single House Development Standards (R-MD Codes) – Treendale South
4.1.16 Sustainable Building Materials and Construction Practices.

NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF A LOCAL PLANNING POLICY
Shire of Harvey District Planning Scheme No. 1
At its Ordinary Meeting on 26 April 2022 Council has resolved (Resolution 22/040) to revoke the following Local Planning Policies pursuant to Part 2, Division 2, Section 6(b) of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, and is required to publish a Notice of the policies within the Scheme Area. The following Local Planning Policies subject to revocation, takes effect as of this day the 26 May, 2022:
4.1.4 Air Quality Control Guidelines
4.1.6 Residential Land Slopes
4.1.7 Advertising of Subdivision Applications
4.1.8 Extractive Industry Proposals within the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area
