Brunswick River Cottages - Stage 3

The Shire of Harvey is building an additional 12 low-cost homes (2 bedroom x 1 bathroom) and a multi-purpose community area including a Manager's Office, storage facilities, a gazebo and bbq facilities to support aged-living in Brunswick Junction.

This final stage of the Project is funded by the Shire of Harvey in conjunction with a Social Housing Economic Recovery Package Grant of $4.98 million from Department of Communities.

The project commenced housing construction in March 2024 after completing the civil works contract in 2023.

At present, the construction is currently approaching the half-way mark and progressing on schedule.
