Consultation has concluded

AMALGAMATION OF A PORTION OF RIDLEY STREET, BRUNSWICK

In accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, Council recently resolved to initiate the amalgamation of a portion of the Ridley Street road reserve (map attached) into the Brunswick Recreation Ground.

This is to support a proposed power and lighting upgrade at Brunswick Recreation Ground.

The Shire is requesting public comment regarding the planned amalgamation.

Please note, the road will not be physically closed.

Submissions will be accepted until 14 March 2023.
