Council has received an optional Development Assessment Panel (DAP) application for Development Approval for a “Use Not Listed” (Fuel, Recharge & Convenience Stop) at the above property address.

As this application will be determined by the DAP, the Shire is a referral authority and is required to undertake an assessment of the application (including advertising) and prepare a recommended determination via a Responsible Authority Report.

A copy of the proposed Development Application is available upon request.

Any comments on the proposed Development Application must be made in writing and is to include the Development Application name, the property affected and details of the submission and submitted to the Chief Executive Officer by 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 27 April 2022.
