Notice of Public Advertisement of Planning Proposal

Council has received an application for a Amendment to Approval (Dry Goods Store & Car Park Extension) at Lot 3 (99) Seventh Street, Harvey. In accordance with the provisions of District Planning Scheme No. 1, you are invited to make comment on the proposal. Any comments you may wish to make should be written on the attached Submission Form and lodged with the Chief Executive Officer by 4.00 p.m. on 4 October 2021.

The amendment relates to the extension of the built form to construct a dry goods building (on Lot 3) as well as an extension to the staff car parking (on Lot 117). The dry goods building is associated with the storage of carton pallets, dry-ingredients and consumables and an area for carton making. The car park extension will include the construction of an additional 150 bays for staff parking purposes. The proposed development is consistent with the current use, bulk and scale of the site.”
