Notice of public advertisement of planning proposal

The local government has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

Lot No: 201 Street: Shops 2 & 3 (No. 81) Uduc Road Suburb: Harvey


Proposal: Change of Use from Retail to Tavern

  • Expansion of the current shop premises ‘GeoVino’ to a “tavern” licence to be able to provide dine-in service of food and beverages as well as sale of giftware. The new licence enables the venue to trade under a suitable liquor licence with an extended range of beer, wine and spirits.
  • Expansion of the floor area to occupy shops 2-3.
  • Trading Hours of 10am-10pm Mon-Sun.
