Notice of public advertisement of planning proposal
The local government has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
Lot No: 76 Street: Fifth Street Suburb: Harvey
Proposal:
The land use is for an existing local business ‘House of Sharday’ which proposes to relocate from its existing location.
The products made by House of Sharday include perfumes, skincare, room fresheners and hand sanitisers. The business is a boutique ‘perfumery’ that specialises in Australian flora-based fragranced products that showcase Western Australian wildflowers.
The building is 160m2 and contains a production area, storage, and reception/ display area.
A new compacted gravel driveway from Fifth Street and hardstand areas including car parking and loading bay.
