Local Planning Scheme No. 2 Available for Inspection
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Harvey has prepared the above-mentioned planning scheme for the purpose of:
Replacing the Shire’s current District Planning Scheme No. 1.
Setting out the policies and controls for how land within the Shire can be used and developed.
Links to download documents, maps and submission forms are available to the right of this page and hardcopies are available for inspection at the Shire’s administration offices in Australind and Harvey and all Shire libraries during business hours.
The Shire of Harvey uses IntraMaps as its online GIS mapping tool. This tool is available to assist residents in exploring the Shire, please visit https://maps.harvey.wa.gov.au/intramaps98/. To view property Zoning & RCodes please select the ‘Town Planning’ module on the left hand side.
Submissions on the planning scheme may be lodged in writing and should include the scheme name and number, the name and address of the person making the submission, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before 6 April 2023.
