Consultation has concluded
In accordance with Section 5.27 of the Local Government Act 1995 a general meeting of the electors of a district is to be held once every financial year. The public is hereby notified that the Shire of Harvey will be holding its next Annual General Meeting of Electors at the Harvey Council Chamber, at Young Street, Harvey, on Tuesday, 22 February 2022 commencing at 2.30pm.
The Shire, in accordance with section 5.55 of the Act, also gives notice to the availability of the Annual Report 2020 – 2021. This is available in hard copy to view at the Shire’s Libraries and at the Australind and Harvey Administration Centres. The report can be viewed on the Shire’s website www.harvey.wa.gov.au or by application to shire@harvey.wa.gov.au with subject “Attn: Community Engagement”.
Please note: complex questions requiring research should be submitted at least seven days prior to the meeting to allow sufficient time to prepare a response. However, you can submit your completed form to a staff member at the meeting and ask your question at the meeting.
The agenda for the Annual General Meeting will be made available on the Shire’s website at least five days prior to the meeting.
