Notice of Proposed Amended Local Planning Policy
Council has resolved to adopt the following amended Local Planning Policy pursuant to Part 2, Division 2, Clause 5 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, and is required to advertise the draft amendments for a period of 21 days, following which Council will resolve whether or not to proceed with the policy as presented:
Proposed overview of amended policy provisions:
4.1.18 Outbuildings
Increase in maximum outbuilding floor area for land zoned ‘Special Residential’, ‘Special Rural’ and ‘Special Rural & Landscape Protection’.
Clarification of assessment criteria and advertising requirements.
Copies of the draft amended policy is available to the right of this page.
Any comments on the proposed amended policies should be made in writing and submitted to the undersigned on or before 3 February 2023.
