Notice of Proposed Local Planning Policy
Shire of Harvey District Planning Scheme No. 1
Council has resolved to adopt the following Local Planning Policy pursuant to Part 2, Division 2, Clause 4 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, and is required to advertise the draft policy for a period of 21 days, following which Council will resolve whether or not to proceed with the policy as presented:

4.1.21 Water tanks
to introduce criteria in addition to clause 61 of the deemed provisions to allow for circumstances where water tanks that provide the primary water supply to a development may be exempted from applying for a separate development approval
The draft Policy is available by clicking on the documents tab to the right of screen.
Any comments on the proposed policy should be made in writing and submitted to the undersigned no later than 4.00pm on Thursday, 17 August 2023 by email to shire@harey.wa.gov.au or as a hard copy by post.
