STANDARD AMENDMENT NO. 129 - AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Harvey has resolved to adopt a standard amendment to District Planning Scheme No. 1 with the above mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of:
Amending the Scheme Maps to identify Lot 11 on Plan 24275 and Lot 112 on Plan 28885 as Additional Use No. 19.
Amending Schedule 7 – Schedule of Additional Uses of the Scheme text by including A19.
Documents setting out and explaining Scheme Amendment No. 129 are available for inspection at the Shire of Harvey’s Administration Office at 102 Uduc Road, Harvey, or by clicking on the links available on this page.
Submissions on Scheme Amendment No. 129 may be lodged in writing using the Submission Form provided under the Documents tab on this page and should include the amendment number, the property affected and details of the submission and be lodged with the undersigned on or before 4.00pm on Thursday 25 August, 2022.
