Survey

We are updating the database of creative people who live, study or work in the Shire of Harvey.  

We are looking for performance / literary / digital / visual and every other kind of artist, and only need your name and email, and 'tick box' replies to seven questions.  

It is important that everyone involved in creating, teaching or facilitating any kind of art practice participates, and we encourage you to share the survey link to your networks.
