Local Planning Scheme Amendment available for inspection – Standard Amendment 

District Planning Scheme No. 1 – Amendment No. 127

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Harvey has prepared the above mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of:

  • Rezoning (proposed) Lot 62 Government Road, Roelands from General Farming zone to Public Purpose – School Reserve; and
  • Amending District Planning Scheme No.1 Scheme Map to identify (proposed) Lot 62 Government Road, Roelands as a Public Purpose – School Reserve as per the Scheme Amendment Map.

Documents setting out and explaining Scheme Amendment No. 127 are available for inspection at the Shire of Harvey’s Administration Offices – 7 Mulgara Street, Australind and 102 Uduc Road, Harvey, or on the Shire’s website.

Submissions on Scheme Amendment No. 127 may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the name and address of the person making the submission, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before 4.00pm on Monday, 14 February 2022.
