What are we planning?
The Shire of Harvey is developing a new Harvey Recreation and Cultural Centre (HRCC) Masterplan. This is a plan to guide the future development of HRCC to ensure the services provided are fit for purpose in the coming years.
What do we need to know and why?
We want to hear from people who currently use the HRCC or have done so in the past. Our primary focus is to understand ”What the community thinks is needed at the HRCC in the future.”
We would like to hear about your experiences including what is working and what is not working in HRCC. We also want to hear about your ideas on how we can create an even better HRCC.
What does HRCC currently offer to the community?
Sport courts.
Squash courts.
Gymnasium.
Group fitness classes.
Cultural events. A regular program of shows, music, theatre and more
OSHC (Outside School Hours Care) Room (After School Care and Holiday Program)
Harvey Community Play and Learning Centre
Function Room – can be hired for private function and events.
The Boundary Rooms – can be used as a sports clubroom or can also be hired for private functions.
Licensed catering kitchens.
External parking areas with accessible bays.
What we do with your feedback
Your feedback will help us to:
Plan for improvements to the HRCC.
Understand and address future needs of the community.
