The Shire of Harvey is inviting all rate payers in the Lakewood Shores Estate, Binningup to a Public Meeting at the Binningup Country Club on Wednesday, 25 May 2022 at 6pm.
Topic of discussion is landscaping within the Lakewood Shores Estate and whether homeowners want the additional landscaping service and levy to continue in the 2022 – 2023 financial year.
A Specified Area Rate (SAR) is an additional rate charge that is applied separately to designated areas within the Shire. This covers additional maintenance costs for a higher standard of landscaping services above what would ordinarily be provided by the Shire.
The below survey and the public meeting is to determine the continuation of this service.
